PROFILE PROJECTOR GENERAL SERVICE

1.0          Perform an initial evaluation. A written report is available upon request.

2.0          Clean internal optics and internal surfaces of view screen box.

3.0          Clean contamination from inside comparator as necessary.

4.0          Clean rear and top/bottom first surface mirrors.

5.0          Remove and clean front screen assembly and overlays.

6.0          Clean objective lenses exterior and exposed lenses. Note: Objective lens refurbishment service provided at an additional $50.00 per lens. Includes full disassembly of objective internal lenses, cleaning, and lubrication as necessary.

7.0          Adjustment of projection mirrors for proper image alignment on front screen.

8.0          Clean light source.

9.0          Adjust light source as necessary for best image sharpness and quality.

10.0       Clean and relubricate all mechanical sliding and wear surfaces

11.0       Check hardware and fasteners for looseness. Tighten as necessary.

12.0        Report any out of spec. conditions of equipment to customer. Note any actions and or parts required to restore equipment to factory spec’s. Quote repair parts and labor cost upon request.
